1. Design: ODM has more design processes than OEM, ODM helps brands to design products, while OEM needs brands to provide product design drawings or samples.
2. Intellectual property rights: ODM sex toys are designed by the manufacturer, so the intellectual property rights of the products belong to the manufacturer; OEM products are designed or sampled by the brand, so the intellectual property rights belong to the brand itself.
